The first step whether it is for you or part of a project, is to come in to our showroom and try it in person. After making sure this is the right chair for you or your employees, our in-house designer will suggest a color palette based on your branding, environment, and personal preference. Looking at fabrics in-person is a best practice as opposed of choosing fabrics based on how it looks on a screen.
Step 2: Processing your order
After you’ve placed your order, we send it to OFS and the manufacturing process begins. We will let you know when the order is scheduled to ship once we receive the official ship date from OFS.
Step 3: Quality Assurance
Throughout the production process, multiple quality checks are conducted. Each chair is closely inspected to ensure it meets the highest standards before proceeding to shipment.
Step 4: Shipping and Delivery
Once your chair has passed the quality assurance tests, it is carefully packaged and shipped.
